My preference

I love a wood fired with a bit of char, a chewy medium thickness crust, fresh mozzarella and a few toppings that add to the flavor and don't overpower the pizza.  That being said, there are different pizzas for different occasions and cravings...

I've made some ways to measure what's what in terms of taste, cheese, crust, overall impressions and more.

The "Subjective" part

There has to be a way to let you know what's what with an overall subjective rating waiting for your validation comments or not.  Here are the variables:

  • Baking Method - conveyor, wood fire, gas fire, oven
  • Crust - thickness, consistency, taste
  • Sauce - flavor description             
  • Cheese - "stringiness", amount, details worth noting
  • Presentation - how it looked, wait time, impression of toppings 
  • "Za" Overall Score - a purely subjective frank opinion considering the factors and how it tasted to me!
